Development and regeneration framework for 'Neustädter Feld' estate, Magdeburg
Options for the future development of the 'Neustädter Feld' estate with distinguishable quarters. The diminishing number of residents had to be considered. The housing estate "Neustädter Feld' lacked a distinctive identity and suffered from a diminishing number of residents due, in part, to the poor perception of the area. The development and regeneration framework proposed the creation of smaller distinctive quarters each with its own development perspectives.
Further improvement options were developed through consultation with residents and stakeholders.
